Posted December 04, 2018 08:31:58 You know how it is when you’re out at a bar or nightclub and the DJ plays your favorite song on the radio?
That’s the same feeling that you get when you get into a car and you’ve just been driving for hours and hours.
The thought of going to bed with that thought is so intense, you feel like your mind is going to explode.
You’re not actually going to feel it, though.
That’s because your mind has just been blown.
The mind is still processing the information you received in that moment.
That way, it’s a little bit of an illusion.
The reality is much more real.
That said, you do want to take the time to sit in a dark place and relax.
You need to sit for 15 to 20 minutes before you can do anything productive, because the mind can’t really focus.
In a perfect world, you’d be in a room, and you’d have a cup of tea, some chocolate chips, and maybe some crackers, if you’re feeling particularly fancy.
But for now, you should take the mental distance needed to calm down.
I don’t recommend trying to sleep with your eyes open, because your brain doesn’t have a good enough reason to shut down.
If you want to keep your mind at a low state of mind, the only thing you can really do is simply relax and try to be as simple as possible.
There are a couple of ways to do this, though: The first is by sitting down.
This is an option that I personally use quite often.
Sit down in a comfortable chair and take your time.
You should notice that you’re not focused on the music you’re listening to, and the thoughts are mostly from somewhere else.
Try to relax your mind and try not to be overly analytical about the information that’s being passed around.
Just enjoy the music.
Next, try reading.
If it’s something you know well, read it.
I use the New York Times bestseller “The Art of Living” to help me learn a lot.
Try reading it over and over again, even if you don’t understand everything it says.
The third option is to get a crystal ball and sit on the edge of the bed and listen to the radio.
This will help you get to a point where you’re no longer overwhelmed by information, and it’s still fun.
There’s no need to be too detailed about your experience, just be able to listen for about 20 minutes and get to know your surroundings.
If that’s not enough, you can also try a little meditation.
This should feel like you’re relaxing, and if you do it for 15 minutes or so, you’ll start to see your thoughts more clearly.
If this doesn’t work, you might need to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes each time.
This process can be a little tricky at first, because you might start to think that you’ve gone too far, and that you need to slow down.
But once you start to notice the patterns of your thoughts and your reactions, you start realizing that it’s actually more fun than the radio and the crystal ball.
And when you do that, it feels great.
So there you have it.
That concludes our meditation guide.
